1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cirikax ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at https://cirikax.net (the "Site"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the cirikax platform — including but not limited to the live casino, cricket and sports betting sections, slot games, the entertainment section, and the account management dashboard — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of cirikax regardless of how they access the Site — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser on an Android or iOS device, or any other means of access. By continuing to use cirikax after any revision to these Terms, you agree to the updated version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version appears at the top of this document.

cirikax is operated as a gaming and sports betting platform targeting English-speaking players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. All platform content, support interactions, promotional materials, and legal documentation are provided in English.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

cirikax reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account or through an on-site notification. The date of the most recent revision will always be shown at the top of this document. If you continue to use cirikax after any such amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation or paraphrase (whether formal or informal), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The cirikax platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the cirikax platform. By registering and using cirikax, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use cirikax:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing cirikax from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of cirikax or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cirikax or had a cirikax account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

cirikax reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

If cirikax discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by the underage player will be returned minus any net winnings generated during the period of underage use, which will be forfeited. cirikax will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the real-money features of cirikax — including deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. cirikax is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cirikax. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, cirikax reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation. Where fraud is suspected, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Security & Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cirikax account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. cirikax will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You must notify cirikax support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. cirikax will take prompt action to secure the account upon notification, but we are not liable for any losses incurred prior to notification. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

3.3 Account Accuracy

All personal information provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held. cirikax uses industry-standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to verify player identities and may request additional documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cirikax are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. cirikax does not accept international card payments or cryptocurrency transactions.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by cirikax, though individual mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own per-transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your cirikax BDT balance within 30–60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during operational hours.

It is your responsibility to ensure that deposits are made using payment accounts registered in your own name. cirikax does not accept deposits from accounts held by third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match your verified cirikax identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to your cirikax account, or to a bank account held in your verified name. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification; you may be asked to provide your NID, proof of address, or payment account confirmation before a withdrawal is processed.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. cirikax does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. You may accumulate your balance and request a withdrawal once the minimum threshold is reached.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cirikax offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which will be published alongside the promotion on the cirikax platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times across eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Real-money funds in your account are never subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 4.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. cirikax reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility on a per-promotion basis, including restrictions based on account age, deposit history, geographic location, or game activity. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making low-risk offsetting bets (bonus hedging), or systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming — is strictly prohibited. cirikax reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of cirikax's compliance team.

5.4 Promotional Changes

cirikax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts unless the promotion is being cancelled due to an operational error, system fault, or fraudulent activity.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

cirikax is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cirikax platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the cirikax platform in place of or in conjunction with human play.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any game where collaboration could confer an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity. cirikax maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to cirikax through your payment provider after using those funds for gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward cirikax staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

6.2 Integrity of Betting Markets

cirikax operates a cricket and sports betting section and maintains strict standards for the integrity of its betting markets. Any player found to be in possession of inside information related to a sporting event, or who places bets in a manner designed to manipulate market outcomes, will have all associated bets voided and their account permanently closed. cirikax cooperates with sporting integrity bodies including but not limited to the ICC and relevant national cricket boards.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

cirikax reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion).
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

7.1 Account Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cirikax reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, cirikax may forfeit the balance in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from cirikax for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing support@cirikax.net. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately across the full cirikax platform. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed, and requests to reinstate access during an active exclusion will not be processed. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. cirikax will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs, up to the point where the balance reaches zero. Dormant account holders may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC checks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cirikax, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the cirikax platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from third-party service interruptions.
• Reliance on any information published on the cirikax platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

8.1 Service Availability

cirikax makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. cirikax shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on the cirikax platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. While cirikax partners only with reputable, certified providers, we do not accept liability for technical errors or malfunctions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a game error that produces an incorrect result or pays out an incorrect amount, cirikax reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original wager to the player's account.
